Panasonic 2.5GHz Tests at TIA

Jason,

Aftached is the contact list for those using the BAS 2.0GHz and 2.5GHz bands in Northeast Oklahoma. All of those listed have been sent
the information that you have provided me recently concerning Panasonic‘s (Panasonic Avionics Corporation) proposed usage for testing
on or after August 1. 2016. 1 have specifically talked with Darin Hall, KOK! Assistant Chief Engineer, since it appears thefrequency you
listed for possible use (2462GHz) is within 2.5GHz channel 8 (2450.—2467.GHz). KOKI is the user of channel 8 as listed in the "BAS 2GHz
User‘s Band Plan for Tulsa, OK Area" Panasonic‘s provided "Narrative Statement" was sent to all of the users so
that they will have a thorough understanding of Panasonic‘s proposed testing at Tulsa International Airport,
as well as who to contact onsite in case there is a problem that the users think may be caused in reference
to testing at TIA. 1 have received no negative comments from the users concerning the proposed upcoming
tests.

If I can be of any further help, please contact me.
