Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
We are a CATV set top box manufacturer. We have a need to place about 150 units in residential homes that are in the Time Warner Cable network. As discussed with Mr. Doug Young a 6 month duration will suffice. We will be conducting beta trials in the field with these units. These units have not been approved by the FCC as of yet. They are not for sale and no fee is being payed to Pace for their use. To conduct beta trials during the development phase or our digital set top box for Time Warner Cable.
