On February 3, 2016, in connection with File No. #0003-EX-AL-2016 (including 0002-EX-AU-2016 and
0004-EX-AL-2016), FCC staff issued the following request for information:
Are there any other licenses issued by other bureaus involved in this transaction? If so, inform this office
(Experimental Licensing Branch) when all other associated assignments involving those licenses have
been approved.

There were two associated earth station FCC Form 312 license assignments involved in the Transaction
under FCC File Numbers SES-ASG-20160122-00095 (Call Sign E090054) and
SES-ASG-20160122-00096 (Call Sign E080108).
Both of these assignment applications were approved by the FCC International Bureau effective March 8,
2016 and appeared as granted on FCC Public Notice released March 9, 2016.
