Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
The STA is being requested because the exact frequencies of 415, 399.5, 30.5, 122.775 Mhz are being used for this test and will only take a few days. Oshkosh Defense will not be operating on or using these frequencies beyond this point. The normal operating location for this equipment and frequencies is on a flight line military fire truck to be delivered to Australia. We have checked our frequencies against FCC frequency license search page and feel confident we will pose no harmful interference to any group in our area. Again it is just one or two days, and a few short transmissions to determine the radiation hazard. Our department heads need something showing we are ok and not breaking any laws by doing this test.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  To verify the operation and radiation hazards associated with radio equipment installed and used on the Land 998 fire trucks for the Australian military. This is to satisfy the operational safety requirements regarding occupational health hazards of non-ionizing radiation.
