An FCC Form 159 and a check in the amount of $100.00, the required filing fee, are also enclosed. The attached application, along with three other concurrently filed applications, are being submitted in connection with the resolution of the Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization of ORBCOMM Global, L.P., and the transfer of assets relating to the ORBCOMM NVNG MSS system relating thereto.
