Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
This request is to extend the existing STA, 1703-EX-ST-2019, for 6 months beyond the existing STA end date of March 20, 2020. This extension is needed because problems with the ground station have prevented operation during the period of the existing STA, and additional time is requested to continue to attempt contact. No changes are proposed for any operating conditions; only the period of operation is requested to be changed.

Please explain the purpose of operation:
The purpose of operation is to troubleshoot communications systems on the 3 cubesats, restore function if possible, and send commands and receive data to carry out the experiments.
