To whom it may concern,

Ohio University performs flight evaluations throughout the continental U.S on Instrument Landing Systems
(ILS). This work requires the use of a optical tracking device (theodolite) and radio-telemetry transmitter (RTT)
for the aircraft positioning reference. The RTT broadcasts on the reserved frequency of 329.00 MHz. The
frequency application form does not allow for mobile use, however, we are requesting authorization to use this
frequency throughout the continental U.S.

Respectfully,

Jamie Edwards
Research Engineer
