Item 12
Ohio University is a public university granting Bachelaureate, Masters, and PhD degrees.
It is one of 13 institutions making up the higher education system of the State of Ohio.
Within the state it reports to the Ohio Board of Regents.

Item 15
Ohio University and OCACT will have operational authority over the ACTS spacecraft,
but ownership will remain with NASA. See Exhibit 4 for a more detailed analysis of the
scope of control.

                                  Antenna Data Entry
Item 4
The ACTS spacecraft uses several spot beams with a beam width of 0.3 degrees. The
footprint of these beams is shown in Exhibit 6.

                                   Frequency Data
Frequency and emission data is based on the NTIA authorization documents filed by
NASA.

Power: the ACTS transmitter is listed at 46W.
ERP: The radiated power of the ACTS beams is 60dBW EIRP. (1MW has been entered
in the form)
Tolerance: N/A

                                    Emission Data
ACTS will be used as a repeater, and as such will carry information modulated by one or
more ground stations. The overall bandwidth available on the ACTS transponders is
900MHz; however, most stations are not expected to use this entire range.
