Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
STA is required to operate in the selected bands of operation for a cellular system. The area was selected as remote and isolated from the licensed users and will be operated on a non-interference basis with the incumbent users. The location was selected to have a 400 ridgeline between the experimental system and the licensed frequency users.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Oceus Networks is assisting the US Army in the evaluation of cellular LTE signals as a broadband solution to their networking and broadband data connectivity needs. This is a one-day experiment. The date has not been scheduled at this stage but will fall between the 4th and 20th of September. The challenge has been working the timing of the experiment with the deployment and training schedule of the unit making the assessment of the broadband system.
