Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Oceus Networks intends to deploy its cellular base station and end user devices for this demonstration. Frequencies requested are commercial LTE spectrum and require coordination/FCC approval to use.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  System will be used to provide Broadband 4G LTE Cellular services in support of the United States Marine Corps’ logistical and Command and Control operations. The cellular network will facilitate Position Location information (PLI), Voice Telephony services, and Radio Bridging and Cross-banding. Having these services will significantly enhance the productivity of Marines on the ground by speeding up the decision-making process and allow them to quickly track recovery teams.
