To demonstrate 3G and 4G technology to the Army.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  To demonstrate 3G and 4G technology to the Army. The Army site at Ft Bliss and White Sands Missile Range are used for brigade modernization and they are interested in off the shelf technology to be used for communications. Specifically Oceus will be participating in the Armys NIE excercises.
