Oceus Networks seeks an STA to obtain access to 700 MHz A-Block spectrum [LTE 3GPP Band 12] to simulate certain capabilities that will be available when the national public safety broadband network is operational.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  LTE testing Testing priority, preemption, and performance of an LTE network operating in public safety broadband spectrum and compare it to existing capabilities provided by commercial carriers.
