Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Army demo Need to include an airborne scenario to the set of test cases to be exercised as part of the US Army Boldquest exercise in conjunction with the Army NIE 14.2 exercises. This will involve testing the use of a Xiphos LTE system from Oceus Networks in a tactical situation.
