This is to augment areas covered by the Experimental license 0202-EX-PL-2013 at White Sands Missile Range to cover additional areas to be used during the Army exercise known as NIE 14.2.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  The Army NIE 14.2 exercise will involve the testing of communication systems based on commercial cellular technology, specifically the Xiphos product from Oceus Networks.
