(“ORBCOMM”) requested a 24-month experimental license (the “Application”) that sought to use four contiguous 2.5 MHz blocks of L-band spectrum, including a block at 1617.5-1620 MHz (“Block 4”).1 On June 24, 2014, Iridium Constellation LLC (“Iridium”) submitted an Opposition to the Application because ORBCOMM’s proposed use of Block 4 would violate the current Big LEO MSS band plan.2 On June 25, 2014, ORBCOMM amended its application to remove its request to utilize Block 4. The amended Application resolves Iridium’s concern. Therefore, Iridium hereby withdraws its Opposition to the ORBCOMM Application.
