Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
O3b Limited requires an STA to test and evaluate a CGC 5.5-meter antenna in El Mirage, AZ communicating with the U.S.-licensed AMC-15 satellite at 105.05° W.L. in conventional Ka-band frequencies. The antenna will ultimately operate as part of a gateway earth station for O3b’s non-geostationary orbit satellite constellation called mPOWER that will be launched later this year.
