Please explain the purpose of operation:
Study, analyze, design, develop, prototype and test technology microelectronics and algorithm solutions to enable risk reduction demonstrations of a microelectronics-based system. The purpose of the operation is to study, analyze, design, develop, prototype and test technology microelectronics and algorithm solutions to enable risk reduction demonstrations of the microelectronics-based system. Specifically, Northrop Grumman is under contract (noted in 4., above) to study, analyze, design, develop, prototype and test microelectronics technology and algorithm solutions to enable risk reduction demonstrations of a multi-function, integrated RF microelectronics-based system with multi-use capability, to potentially include radar and communications applications.
