Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
An STA is necessary to provide communications essential to a Non Contractual Technical Activity (NCTA) exercise to support the Navy Tactical Grid Exercise of 2019 to be held in September. Note: the MIDS LVT (RT1849)- Link 16 used in the 969-1206 MHz band uses notches centered on 1030 MHz and 1090 MHz to protect IFF and TCAS. See attachment.
