A four-month extension to authority granted under FCC File No. 1036-EX-ST-2017 (WK9XYI) is sought to continue testing the very broad band performance of a Northrop Grumman designed experimental Active Electronically Scanned Antenna (AESA). The start of testing was delayed and the additional time will permit completion of work
