Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation (NGSC) requests grant of Special Temporary Authority (STA) to test airborne mobile equipment. STOP BUZZER is Jimmy Vargas or Frankie Avalos at 575-649-9638.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Testing of the STARLite SAR/GMTI Tactical Radar System (STARLite) and TCDL air-to-ground data equipment.
