Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  The purpose of the operation is to evaluate telemetry from the air to a ground level communications node at low power. The evaluation is of an experimental transmitter coupled with a developmental patch antenna as radiator. Operation will be designed around a signal with 10 Megahertz bandwidth to operate on a single fixed center frequency from 2235 to 2275 MHz.
