Exhibit Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation File No. 0122-EX-CM-2019 Page 1 of 1 Application for Experimental License Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation (NGSC) submits this application to request modification of WI2XPX, FCC File No. 0493-EX-CR-2017. The modification is to add LTE bands 1, 3, and 8. This program is adding frequency bands to support possible future use of the equipment outside the continental United States. Use of these added frequencies will be restricted to the test aircraft operating in the immediate area defined by the Ruby Fuzzy MOA, centered on Latitude 31-34-39 N and 111-19-38 W Longitude. This is in the Barry M Goldwater USAF test range. The equipment is installed in an A-10 aircraft. There are no communications intended or desired with any ground based communications network.
