Fee Exempt Explanation

Since this work is performed at a public university, we have been informed that we are
exempt from a license fee. In addition, the purpose of this license is to perform work on
a government program with project number DAAD19-02-1-0153, titled “Remote
Characterization of Electric and Electronic Devices,” managed by the Army Research
Office in Durham, North Carolina. The program manager is Dev Palmer and he can be
reached at (919)423-3370.
