Our system won't allow changes to renewals except for items such as mailing address, phone number, contact
person name, e-mail address, etc. The technical information can only be changed with a modification application
which is why I suggested we finish this renewal first, then you can request a modification later using a Form 442.

Thank you. In light of the upcoming expiration date, we did intend to file, but we’re still awaiting confirmation
from the client that no changes have been made to the license. If we learn that changes have in fact been
made, can we resubmit a corrected renewal application?

KI2XAH is due to expire in about two months, so you have actually filed correctly, albeit inadvertently. You
cannot modify a callsign using a renewal application (Form 405); you should continue with this renewal process,
then afterwards consider submitting a modification application (Form 442) for this callsign. In order to renew this
callsign though, we will need the payment. In order to pay, return to our website and select the 'Return to 159
Form' icon.

Mr. Kennedy‐

As Nortel’s counsel, we are attending to the renewal applications. This application was
inadvertently submitted but is not yet complete. Could you please disregard this application and
reset the system to allow for a correct resubmission?

Also, please see the email below sent March 17th.

Mr. Kennedy‐

I have a question regarding these experimental licenses. Our client obtained a separate license
authorization when it should have filed for a modification of an existing license. Currently, its
three experimental licenses are K12XAH, KQ2XAX and WE2XTN. The first two require renewal in
June.

WE2XTN should have been a modification to K12XAH. Is it appropriate to combine these licenses
and if so what is the process for doing so? Can this be accomplished along with the renewal of
K12XAH and KQ2XAX? We want to ensure that the FCC's records accurately reflect the licenses
and their status.

Thank you.
