Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Nokia is a leading manufacturer of mobile broadband radio equipment, the grant of the experimental special temporary STA (Experimental STA) application will allow Nokia to demonstrate its Wireless concepts and potential products to its potential customers at its facility in Coppell, Texas which will allow the company to enhance its efforts to design and develop equipment to meet the communications needs of our customers.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Nokia wants test and demonstrate its wireless communication equipment at its facility located at 3201 Olympus Blvd, Coppell, Texas, the STA period would be from April 30th to October 28th, 2021to allow time for setup, customer demonstrations/testing and breakdown of the equipment. The Spectrum request is made to support 3C CA IODT field testing between Nokia and Qualcomm at Nokia’s Dallas facility
