Clarification for Modification

The form 442 “modification of experimental license” for call sign WH2XLL has only modified
previous license by addition of one location/antenna that is for 50 Sylvan Rd, Waltham, MA and
to change contact at Nokia Networks to Phillip Rasky from Prakash Moorut (who is still with
Nokia). Emission detail is identical. Previous attachments are identical and are hence not
resubmitted.

Unfortunately this modification has sat in an incomplete state for several weeks unknown to
me. It is completed today 10/27 after guidance from FCC staff. We have a business critical
need to grant ability to go on the air by Wed November 11 at the Verizon facility in Waltham,
MA. I would greatly appreciate if the modification can be approved and issued by this time.
