        Do you need experimental licensing under this STA for the mobile handsets (in which case the power would be a
        lot lower than 2308 watts ERP, and I would still need an emission designator for this band)? Otherwise, I will
        delete the 1710-1755 MHz band since it is receive only for the base station.

            For the Base Station at the cell site, yes.

            A mobile handset would transmit in 1710-1755 MHz range.

                   Additional information as requested:

                   The 1710-1755 MHz band is the uplink (UL) receive of the base station, therefore there are no RF
                   emissions from the base station, hence no Emission Designator is definable for the base station in
                   this band.

                   As an FYI, the last 3 digits are the emission designator are the emission symbols, in this case F9W.
                   2110-2155 MHz (Base Station DL/Tx), Emission Designator: 5M00F9W

                   The peak effective radiated power for the band 2110-2155 MHz is 1000 Watts.
