Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
This STA will be used to show to a limited number of people (less than 100) new Nokia handsets that receive a digital video signal in the DVB-H format. There are three events (NATPE, CTIA, NAB) to be covered by this STA, each of these is only four days long. The STA requests operation over the four days to permit adequate set-up and on-site testing before the demonstration. The dates of the three events are January 23-26; April 4-7; and April 24-27. See attachment.
