Explanation

Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary: NextNet Wireless hereby respectfully requests STA to operate equipment and do a short-term equipment demonstration at the upcoming Wireless Communications Association trade show in Washington, DC. NextNet proposes to demonstrate its non line-of-sight plug-and-play wireless access equipment. We are using, with written consent (attached hereto) the EBS spectrum licensed to Hispanic Information and Telecommunications Network (EBS Station WHG442) to do this demonstration.
