Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
We look to confirm the viability of TV white space within our area, which provides significant terrestrial challenges under current technologies and is home to a large community with underserved broadband needs. Current technology has proven unable to serve said community, this license would serve to prove a viable alternative.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  To demonstrate and establish the potential utility of TVWS in serving a region with distinct needs and terrestrial challenges. This could be the only technology that can effectively provide internet service to underserved communities within our area and we need to understand if that is the case
