The New York State Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Services (DHSES) is requesting a Special
Temporary Authority (STA) to conduct coverage testing for a 700 MHz LTE public safety broadband
demonstration project in New York (City), New York. This testing will occur for one day for the purposes of
refining the final test plans. A separate STA request will be submitted for the longer term demonstration
project. The State of New York has been in discussion with FirstNet and they are aware of these requests.

Proposed testing schedule:
One business day, within 2 weeks after the issuance of the requested STA.
