Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
The frequencies sought in television channels 15 and 20, which are or will be during the STA period unused in the area around Hard Rock Stadium, Miami, Florida (see the narrative exhibit attached) are necessary in order to conduct two-way radio communications for logistical, security, public safety, media and operational purposes before, during and shortly after the NFL Super Bowl scheduled for February 2, 2020. There are insufficient Part 90 and 74 channels available for use during this period, and the volume of voice, telemetry, audio production and IFB channels necessitates the availability of additional channels for this large scale event.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Operational, security, public safety, audio production and logistical communications before, during and immediately after the 2020 NFL Super Bowl at Miami, Florida. and during related media and other NFL events at the same and nearby related venues within 30 kilometers of the football stadium.
