Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
This newly developed system under development is not yet ready for Part 96 operation in the Citizens Broadband Service. It is at the proof of concept and interference testing phase. This requires deployment in NFL stadiums for use during NFL football games during the upcoming, imminent football season. Please see attached narrative explanation.
