Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
The frequencies sought in television channels 14 and 16, which are unused in the Jacksonville, Florida area, are necessary in order to conduct two-way communications for logistical and operational purposes during the Super Bowl scheduled for February 5, 2005. There are insufficient Part 90 channels available for use during this special event in the vicinity of Alltel Stadium, Jacksonville, during this period, and the volume of voice, telemetry and IFB channels necessitates the availability of additional channels. The purpose of this operation is for operational, security and logistical communications before, during and after the Super Bowl in Alltel Stadium, Jacksonville, Florida within a 32 km radius of the stadium.
