(hereinafter called NT) hereby requests Renewal and Modification of the Experimental Radio License, File Number 4577—EX—MR—94; call sign KQ2XAX. The current license is being used for development of new radio systems for Cellular and PCS operators. Continued development, testing and product demonstration is critically needed to develop new and better systems. The existing program is being conducted from and around two radio antenna towers located in the vicinity of Bonham, Texas. The test program will continue to use the Bonham location for development and demonstrations for both Cellular and PCS operators. Attached is the Form 442 with Exhibits #1 through #4.. The current Experimental Radio License (KQ2XAX) will expire on July 1, 1997, and the development, testing and product demonstration needs will continue through 1999. The License Renewal seeks renewed authority to continue testing in the frequencies authorized by the current license on file with the FCC.
