Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
To provide a laboratory test platform within existing Nextel facilities. This platform will consist of transmission and reception equipment being tested on channels in the 821-824/866-869 MHz band. The subject equipment will be utilized to perform experimental tests on network and customer elements using channels in the 821-824/866-869 MHz band. All tests will be conducted in a closed environment, not to exceed the building premises.
