Also enclosed is NCR Corporation‘s check in the amount of $210.00 to cover the filing fees. This filing is subject to the September, 1991 approval and consummation of the merger of an AT&T subsidiary into NCR Corporation, as a consequence of which NCR Corporation will become a wholly owned subsidiary of AT&T.
