The purpose for this experimental license is to allow Mustang to continue
development and testing of radar equipment in the frequency range of 34.5 GHz
to 35.5 GHz for future product development.

Development and testing will include use in an aerial environment with the
antenna mounted to an airborne vehicle flying at a maximum height of 1000’
above the test area (limited to Lake Texoma).
