This FCC Licensing request is to support the Crosshairs program. Crosshairs is a counter
shooter system designed for employment on military tactical wheeled vehicles that uses both
pulse Doppler radar and Continuous Wave Radar to provide hostile fire crew alert to incoming
bullets, RPGs, ATGMs and Direct Fire Mortars aimed at the vehicle.

The Crosshairs effort is funded under as part of Army Program contract #W911QX-05-D-0007.
