The purpose for the license modification is as follows:

A) To extend the duration of the experimental license to allow further Continental US Testing subsequent
to initial feedback on the experimental system from Afghanistan

B) To add sites to the experimental license that provide opportunities to test the system in areas or
around features that were a source of potential false alarms.

C) To support the company experimental testing of the latest model of the Crosshairs System in
conjunction with prior models under new contracts from the government.
