The purpose of amending Experimental License WE2XTJ is primaraily to:
1. Add two testing locations.
2. Extend the operating radius of the Lucas location.
3. Update power, ERP, and emission designators to more accurately reflect equipment being tested.

The system is a low power, mobile, military radar designed to operate in pulse mode over three bands
and CW mode over two different bands. The necessary bandwidth designations included in the
amendment were determined by using NTIA Annex J, Table A. The pulse and CW emissions are
unmodulated with no information transmitted. Table A page J-4 calls out a leading 0 as the designator for
CW radar. Please advise as to how these designations should be determined for this amendment.
