By this letter, Mountain Telecommunications, Inc. (“MTI”), licensee of the above-referenced experimental
authorization requests that the Federal Communications Commission cancel the authorization effective
immediately. MTI has completed the experiment for which the license was granted and has shut down all
equipment and operations associated with the experiment.
