To the Commission:

In accordance with the authority granted by the above-referenced experimental license,
WB2XCJ, File No. 0420-EX-RR-2015, issued to Motorola Solutions, Inc (“MSI”), this is to notify
the Commission of MSI’s intent to conduct a test under the parameters of its license. Pursuant
to Special Condition 11 of the license, this notification is being electronically submitted and
provides pertinent technical information for the intended test as follows:

Purpose of Test:                       Experimental LTE-based link testing transfer of
                                       information between and within multiple deployable
                                       BC14 LTE systems. On-channel, inter-system
                                       transfer of information.
Area/Address of Test:                  Outdoors; within 500 meters of:

Test Start Date:                       8/22/2017
Test Completion Date:                  8/25/2017
Number of Base Transmitters:           1
Center Frequency of Base Operations:   2295 MHz
Center Frequency of Mobile Operations: 2390 MHz, 2485 MHz

Power of Base Transmitter:             +10 dBm (10mW)
Power of Mobile Transmitters:          +10 dBm (10mW)
Maximum Number of Mobile Transmitters: 2

MSI has coordinated this test with co-channel licensees operating within the potential
reception range. In addition, MSI will have on-site personnel who can disable the base
station equipment immediately in the unlikely event that doing so becomes necessary.
MSI will use other channels under the same conditions specified in this letter if needed.
