Pursuant to Special Condition 11 of the license, this notification is being electronically submitted and provides pertinent technical information for the intended test as follows: Purpose of Test: Demonstrate experimental side-haul link for control, coordination of resources, and information transfer between multiple deployable BC14 LTE systems. Point-to-point system Area/Address of Test: Indoors; within 250 meters of: N39 44' 32.5" W104 59' 47.1" Test Start Date: 8/12/2017 Test Completion Date: 8/16/2017 Number of Base Transmitters: 1 Center Frequency of Base Operations: 31.150 GHz Center Frequency of Mobile Operations: 31.150 GHz Emission Designator: 25M0D1D Power of Base Transmitter: 27 dBm (500mW) Power of Mobile Transmitters: 27 dBm (500mW) Maximum Number of Mobile Transmitters: 1 MSI has coordinated this test with co-channel licensees operating within the potential reception range. In addition, MSI will have on-site personnel who can disable the base station equipment immediately in the unlikely event that doing so becomes necessary. MSI will use other channels under the same conditions specified in this letter if needed.
