Mr. Ghaffari,

This is to follow up my email regarding the above-referenced inquiry relating to the renewal application
filed by Motorola Solutions, Inc. (MSI) pending under File No. 0285-EX-RR-2012 for call sign WD2XDH.

MSI has asked me to request an amendment to application to remove the spectrum band 762-769 MHz
and 792-799 MHz from its authorization. Specifically, it would like to bifurcate the band 614-806 MHz
shown on its license to cover instead the bands 614-762 MHz and 799-806 MHz.
