Mr. Ghaffari,

This is to follow up our call today and to respond to the inquiries we received relating to the renewal
applications filed by Motorola Solutions, Inc. (MSI) pending under File Nos. 0146-EX-RR-2012 for call sign
WC2XYE and 0264-EX-RR-2012 for WC2XJT. As discussed, MSI has asked me to request the following
actions with respect to its applications:

       1. MSI would like to amend the application pending under File Nos. 0146-EX-RR-2012 to reduce the
spectrum bands to 769-776 MHz and 799-806 MHz. In other words, it would like to remove the
spectrum bands 762-769 MHz and 792-799 MHz from its authorization.

       2. MSI would like to withdraw its application pending under File No. 0264-EX-RR-2012 for WC2XJT.

Please let me know if you have any questions or need further information regarding this matter.

Respectfully submitted,

Kurt
