(MSI) pending under File Nos. 0146-EX-RR-2012 for call sign WC2XYE and 0264-EX-RR-2012 for WC2XJT. As discussed, MSI has asked me to request the following actions with respect to its applications: 1. MSI would like to amend the application pending under File Nos. 0146-EX-RR-2012 to reduce the spectrum bands to 769-776 MHz and 799-806 MHz. In other words, it would like to remove the spectrum bands 762-769 MHz and 792-799 MHz from its authorization. 2. MSI would like to withdraw its application pending under File No. 0264-EX-RR-2012 for WC2XJT. Please let me know if you have any questions or need further information regarding this matter.
