In response to FCC inquiry Reference No. 23638 under ELS File No. 0147-EX-RR-2014, this is to advise
the Commission that the applicant seeks to delete from its renewal application the spectrum bands
licensed to or coordinated with FirstNet: 758-763 MHz and 788-793 MHz. By this action, the applicant
seeks to eliminate the need to obtain a consent letter from FirstNet before the Commission may act on
the renewal application.

The applicant continues to request renewal of its authority to operate under the remaining spectrum listed
in the license, including 698-758 MHz and 775-788 MHz.
