Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
An STA is necessary in order to support Cosmogias Dove 2 (WG2XFY, file number 0100-EX-PL-2012) experimental satellite mission, scheduled for a mid-April 2013 launch. Morehead will be supporting the initial commissioning phase of the Dove 2 mission, and thus a 6 month duration is sufficient.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Morehead State University will provide ground station communications to the Dove 2 experimental satellite in order to perform basic TT&C functions and initial payload downlinking.
