Request STA to reinstate operation of single site of multi site simulcast public safety radio system under current active license WQMP618 at a new location approximately 1/4 mile North from previous site ASR 1058566 that was structurally damaged from storm and is being replaced. The new tower is under construction under FAA study 2020-ASW-1618-OE.

Please explain the purpose of operation:  To reinstate operation from this location for coverage fill in of existing county wide coverage multi agency, multi site simulcast radio system.
