Hello Behnam,

That would be excellent… Please delete the document submitted as confidential.

With regards to your questions about the 60‐month or 24‐month license, let me provide you a few reasons why Modular
Mining Systems is requesting the 60‐month license:

Prior to the execution of any experimentation with each of our Fleet Management, Maintenance Management, Machine
Guidance and Autonomous Haulage applications in a simulated mining environment, network commissioning and
specific application configurations need to be completed on each of the sites. More specifically, in our Sahuarita, AZ
location, installation of communication and computing devices in heavy mine equipment are required.

The tests to be executed during the experimentation are very comprehensive and will verify each of our applications
performance with different settings and network configurations, over many weeks of simulated mining operations.

Given the complexity of the preparation prior to test execution and the comprehensiveness of the tests to be executed,
Modular Mining Systems kindly requests that a 60‐month license be granted for our experimentation project.

Best Regards,
